Researching allows you to build stronger and better units which allow you to adapt to certain situations and requirements, choosing your research should be largely dependent on the infrastructure you have available otherwise you might waste time.
- Research allows you start producing specific units.
- They are largely dependent on day, as some are locked until a number of days pass.
- Upgrades are hierarchical, meaning you cannot research late-day research until you research the required previous ones.
