The Air Superiority Fighter is a fixed-wing combat aircraft with the primary role of establishing total air dominance, ensuring that friendly ground units within the theater of operations remain safe from air attacks. Essentially, these aircraft are really good at destroying other aircraft, but very weak in attacking ground targets. Try to not send them against armored units, they don’t fare well. Use the Air Superiority Fighters' speed to your advantage. You can send just one fighter on patrol, and with his radar, he will uncover the enemy targets within striking distance. This is a modern jet fighter which enables attacking aircraft and bombers to fly with less likelihood of being shot down. The Air Sup Fighter is a primary anti-air unit, that is fast and expensive, with a relatively short range of operations.
