Amphibious Combat Vehicles, such as the ACV 1.1 pictured below, are tracked or wheeled vehicles capable of transitioning from water to ground operations without tactical pause. They have countermeasures designed to contend with a range of direct and indirect fire, as well as landmine threats. Particularly well suited for inclusion in a naval capacity, these machines can embark or disembark without the need for harbors; conveniently enough, they can also be strategically airlifted. They have some NBC Protection.
