Description
The Mobile Surface-to-Air Missile Launchers provide mobile, medium-range air defense protection against Missile systems and fixed-wing fighters. Incorporating a radar system which detects air, ground, and naval units, they are also effective against cruise missiles. They are capable of air assault as well as strategic airlift, the latter being essential if you intend on spreading your cities far and wide.

This unit has the following features on its final tier:
- Unlocked with Day 3 Research: Radar - Unit can detect air, ground, and naval units. Eastern doctrine gains access to this earlier.
- Unlocked with Day 3 Research: Ranged Anti Air - This unit can engage hostile aircraft that enter its AA envelope. Eastern doctrine gains access to this earlier.
- Unlocked with Day 16 Research: Airlift - This unit can be transported between airports/landing strips via airlift. Note that it is completely defenseless while in the air. Eastern doctrine gains access to this earlier.
