Mobile land-based launcher for medium range guided ballistic missiles. These are predominately used against strategic targets such as cities or provinces, and are unable to accurate target individual ground units. The launcher is able to carry conventional, chemical or nuclear warheads. If used with a WMD warhead, the missile will cause contamination.

<li> Unlocked with Day 23 Research: Airlift - This unit can be transported between airports/landing strips via airlift. Note that it is completely defenseless while in the air.
